HOW TO BOOK AND WHAT TO BRING :
- Please request your appointment – via email eleanoraivory@aol.com.
- ***Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received an email back from me.****
- Please do not request appointments via Text or WhatsApp as I may miss these.
- *Please include your mobile number and CAA Reference Number in the email. *
- Please bring your PASSPORT and current medical certificate to the medical.
- PLEASE CHECK THE DIRECTIONS FILE IN PARTICULAR – or you might get lost. (!)
For NEW Class 1 pilots ( Renewal / Revalidation ) requests, please can you include a note of :
- CAA Reference Number
- Employer / airline,
- Last AME name
- Written consent for me to access your CAA medical record.
CELLMA (online CAA Portal ) – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION :
- All pilots must complete the application via CELLMA via the CAA PORTAL portal.caa.co.uk

**45 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPIRY. **
