PLEASE NOTE THAT, WITH REGRET,  WE ARE STILL UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW BOOKINGS FOR CLASS 2, LAPL PILOTS, CABIN CREW ASSESSMENTS,  OR PARACHUTE MEDICALS. THIS IS DUE TO CURRENT WORKLOAD.

In Summary

  • Please book your appointment with me in the usual way – via email eleanoraivory@aol.com.
  • Please include mobile number and CAA Reference Number  in your  email.
  • All pilots MUST be registered with the CAA PORTAL ( see separate page on this website for information)   portal.caa.co.uk
  • The Application form for the medical MUST be completed via the PORTAL.
    • YOUR MEDICAL CAN NOT BE DONE if you do not get these steps done.  A rebooking will be required.
  • You need to pay the CAA fee directly to the CAA via the PORTAL before the medical ( £8 – Class 2. £14 for Class 1 )
  • All pilots are asked bring their PASSPORT to the medical ( OR photo driving licence )

AMEs have had to make these changes and get used to a completely new ‘on line’ system – called CELLMA.  It is taking AMEs many hours  of online training and practice to get used to this. There are glitches for both pilots and AMEs.

 Your patience is very much appreciated! It’s like going from Boeing to Airbus — only worse!

At the time of writing I am unable to confirm DECEMBER medical appointments.
I will be doing full time medicals from  24th November. Please see NOVEMBER  page.
**PLEASE CAN PILOTS WITH  DECEMBER EXPIRY DATES CONSIDER BOOKING FOR LATE NOVEMBER. **
