PLEASE NOTE THAT, WITH REGRET,  WE ARE STILL UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW BOOKINGS FOR , LAPL PILOTS, CABIN CREW ASSESSMENTS,  OR PARACHUTE MEDICALS. THIS IS DUE TO CURRENT WORKLOAD.

HOW TO BOOK AND WHAT TO BRING :

• Please book your appointment with me in the usual way – via email eleanoraivory@aol.com.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received an email back from me.
• Please do not request appointments via Text or  WhatsApp as I may miss these. Email is best.
• **Please include your  mobile number and CAA Reference Number  in the  email. **
• Please bring your PASSPORT  and current medical certificate to the medical.

For NEW Class 1 pilot  ( Renewal / Revalidation ) requests, please send a note of your employer / airline, last AME name and written consent for me to access your CAA medical record ( once an appointment has been agreed)

NEW CAA ‘ON LINE SYSTEM’ – ESSENTIAL  INFORMATION :

• All pilots MUST be registered with the CAA PORTAL ( see separate page on this website for information)   portal.caa.co.uk
• Please note that the  CELLMA system works best using Google Chrome.
• The Application form for the medical MUST be completed via the PORTAL.
• You do not need to bring a copy.
  • YOUR MEDICAL CAN NOT BE DONE if you do not get these steps done.
  •   A rebooking will be required.
• You need to pay the CAA fee directly to the CAA via the PORTAL before the medical ( £9 – Class 2. £15 for Class 1 )
